Educational Qualification and Age:

  • To be eligible for the Junior Basic Teacher Recruitment, candidates must have completed their Senior Secondary along with a D.El.Ed./2-year JBT course/B.El.Ed./Diploma in Education/B.Ed./M.Ed./etc.
  • The candidate’s age should not be less than 18 years and not more than 45 years as of January 1, 2026.
    Reserved category candidates will be given age relaxation.

Selection Process and Exam Pattern

  • To be selected for this recruitment, candidates must pass a Computer Based Test/Written Screening Test.
  • The written test will consist of 120 questions. The exam will be conducted for one and a half hours.
  • All 120 questions will be multiple-choice questions.
  • Candidates who meet the required cutoff marks in the exam will be offered appointments to the vacant positions.
